There’s no pressure and no expectation.

These chats are designed for experienced stylists, typically those who:
• already have an established client base
• currently work in a salon, from home, or mobile
• want to keep 100% of their service income
• are thinking about the next phase of their career
If you’re newly qualified or looking for employment, the M&F Collective model may not be the right fit.

We regularly host relaxed Stylist Community Evenings where independent professionals can connect with others in the industry.

Stylist Social Evenings
From time to time we host small Prosecco Evenings for Independent Stylists.
These events are an opportunity for stylists to:

• see the salon environment
• talk openly about the realities of modern hairdressing
