Salon Experience

Your experience starts two days before you appointment. We will send you an email reminder of your appointment. Just in case you had forgotten your skin test. This reminder is just in time to pop in and get that done.

When you enter the salon you will be greeted by a team member and offered a complimentary beverage. Now it's time to relax and flick through the ipad and get inspired about the new you.

Your stylist will sit with you and listen. They will ask you questions that have been especially designed to couple your desires and their expertise to ensure you feel fantastic when you leave the salon. On your first visit you will receive an extra 15 minutes complimentary so we have enough time in the consultation to ensure you are completely comfortable with your choices.

On your first visit you will receive a tour to ensure you are comfortable in the salon and you know where everything is.

On your first visit you will receive a new guest pack full of little goodies and on the day of your appointment you will receive an email from us checking you are happy with the service you received.

Salon Experience

When shampooing your hair we will ask you about your hair cleansing rituals at home. We will test the condition of your hair and let you know the results along with our recommendation for shampoos, treatments and conditioners at home.

Our professional hairdressing basins are fitted with Eco taps. These taps regulate the water flow and are designed to make your shampooing experience more pleasurable. They also decrease water use by half. Helping the environment. 

This experience is your special treat. Therefore complimentary beverages accompanied by biscuits, jelly sweats or snacks are always available. Our very own brand of individually wrapped chocolates will be available throughout your visit with us, and please feel free to take some home. This is your special treat after all.

We have Ipads and Wifi available for your entertainment during your appointment. Each guest is offered a video hair plan during their appointment. This is when your stylist films a "how to" video, on how to style your hair during your appointment. This video is made just for you on your device. We will show you what tools and products to use at home to get the look you want.

During every appointment we will give you tips and advice on home hair styling and you will leave the salon with a hair plan. You may book future appointments, purchase any additional take home products without leaving your seat. Meaning the last parts of your appointment run smoother and easier. Creating just enough time for one last chocolate.

If it is OK with you we would like to stay in touch with news and tips on maintaining your hair between appointments. But for more special treats (and more chocolate) you will need to visit us again.
